These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, games and other digital services (the "Services") operated by MOBILE BUSINESS GROUP, INC. ("Mobile Business Group", "MBG", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Mobile Business Group is an independent mobile app publisher organized as a corporation under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at Capital Administrations LLC — 1712 Pioneer Ave, Ste 115, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We develop, publish, market and monetize Android apps and games.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Services — including their software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content — are owned by Mobile Business Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Our apps and websites may show advertising from third-party partners and may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
If you send us ideas, feedback, app pitches or other materials — including by email — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that material to operate and improve our business. Please do not send confidential information unless we have first agreed in writing, such as under an NDA, to keep it confidential.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Business Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mobile Business Group harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or where needed to protect the Services and other users.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
